I’m back. Back to running outside and back to myself again. If my blogging has appeared sparse these last few months, it’s because I spent my first-ever winter running like a hamster on a wheel. Since I hung up my winter running face mask in early January, the treadmill, Downton Abbey and I have been bonding, and I haven’t had much of a moment to do any thinking.
But, after two weeks of fresh air, my head is cleared of the day-to-day busy-ness and instead full of ideas. Somehow, my load seems a lot more manageable. And this, my friends, is one of the best parts of running.
So, stay tuned because I wrote three Pesach blog posts in my head on today’s 4-mile run.
