We’re all nursing soar throats by sipping honey tea with milk. And since necessity breeds ingenuity, I developed the perfect way to keep the honey from settling at the bottom of the cup.
If you’ve been to Jerualem, think Cafe T’mol Shilshom. Now that will cure a cold.
HONEY & MILK TEA
1 pot brewed tea
1 cup warmed milk
1t vanilla
1T honey
Combine warmed milk, vanilla and honey in a blender and blend until frothy (about a minute). When tea is done brewing, pour into cups and add a generous amount of milk.
Love tea with almond milk. Especially green tea with almond milk-YUM
